Take-Away and Deli Shop

There’s a new exciting update from Mora!

In order to keep serving you, our fantastic community who has been supporting us in the years, and showed us such a warmth and affection during these difficult times, we have decided to try and adapt to a new identity: we will be providing a take-away service and deli shop (for collection only for now), starting from Tuesday 5th May

We will be offering our full restaurant’s menu, with our wines and drinks available at take-away prices, and selling a variety of general provisions and grocery essentials such as flour, oil, pasta, biscuits, cured meats and more, as well as our fresh homemade pasta and sauces to cook at home.

Our Deli shop will be open Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 9pm (with take-away collections starting from 5pm), on Saturdays from 12 to 9pm and on Sundays from 12 to 6pm.

Pop in and say hello if you have a chance, our shelves and tables are now stocked up and ready for you to browse through a fine selection of Italian goodies. Or explore our range of good food and drinks and place an order for collection through our online shop.

We really hope this will give you the chance to enjoy a little taste of Mora from home until we are able to welcome you all back in!

Thank you

We’d like to thank all our lovely customers for all their support, we can’t express how meaningful and heartwarming this is!

In “normal times” we would have been celebrating our 4th birthday this weekend, but we are here to announce our decision to take a little pause.

We were considering shifting to a full take away service and planning towards that, but after we watched the news yesterday,  we discussed the situation with the team, and we agreed that our priority is to keep all our families safe so we feel that the most sensible decision for the moment is to close our doors.

We may change advice later on, so keep following us for updates.

In the mean time, stay well and keep safe!

It is a weird and difficult time, we wish all of you all the best and we do hope to see you all very soon!

Lots of love from all of us x

Current situation

To all our lovely customers,

Thank you all so much for your continued support and messages, we really appreciate your help during this incredibly tough and uncertain time.

We are constantly evaluating the situation, and for now we will be staying open as long as we can whilst continuing to follow government guidelines.

Cleanliness and hygiene have always been paramount at Mora, as our recently confirmed Food Hygiene 5 star rating can prove, but we are now going above and beyond, by cleaning all handles, surfaces and card machines as often as possible.

We are making sure there is enough distance between customers by removing a few tables, and all staff have been properly prepped with the correct protocol.

In return we ask all customers to wash your hands upon arrival. Our gel hand wash, towels and hand lotion have always been there for our customers’ comfort and are now an important sign of care in this weird moment.
And also, please think about the health and well being of others, staff and customers, a do us all a little favour: please stay at home if you feel unwell. We will be happy to welcome you again when you fell better!

We understand that, after yesterday’s announcements, less people will like to go out and socialise from now, so don’t forget that take-away is already available at Mora. We are working on a plan to cope with this situation in a more flexible way by implementing this service.

Please bear with us for a few days whilst we work through this.

Please keep supporting us, remain as lovely, sensible and smiley as always!

Take care and keep healthy.
Best wishes, from all of us.

Merry Christmas!

Well, that’s a wrap!
We can’t quite believe it, but it’s that time of the year again, 2019 is already heading to an end, and as the holiday season is upon us, our thoughts go to the past months: it was such a busy and intense year it went so fast!

One of the greatest joys of this season is the opportunity to say thank you to all our customers for supporting us this year. Thank you for giving us the chance to do what we enjoy, and for turning our hard work, creativity, and dedication into a fun and successful experience. We are so grateful for receiving another Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence and for being included in The Good Food Guide again this year, without mentioning all the beautiful reviews and happy faces always brightening our days.

Thanks so much for appreciating what we do and we praise your continued backing in the future.

So it’s time to pop the Prosecco, put on our party hats, and celebrate all that we have done in the last year! Here is a toast to you!

Merry Christmas from all of us at Mora! We hope your holidays will be filled with joy and laughter through the New Year!

We are now taking a little break to celebrate the festivities with our loved ones, but we’ll be back recharged and with lots of new inspirations and ideas for 2020. As always, stay tuned with us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on our website for updates.

Buon Natale e Felice Anno Nuovo!

Please note our Holiday Closing Days:
From 23th December 2019 until 2nd January 2020.
See you on the 3rd January!

New Autumn Menu and Wine list

It’s that time of year; it’s the ‘Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness’ as Keats called it. Summer is now a distant memory, autumn is here in full swing, with turning leaves, cooling temperatures and darkening nights, and winter is fast approaching.

Since the cold days started, we have been searching for new seasonal ingredients, trying and tasting different recipes to find new mouth-watering dishes to add to our menu. It’s been a hard job, it’s always difficult to decide what to change and to choose among the options, but we are thrilled to announce that our Autum/Winter Menu is now ready and available at Mora!

Get ready to celebrate the cold months with us, we’ve added brand new, comforting, full-flavoured dishes, including slow-braised stews and a touch of spicy to keep you warm and delight your senses in these chilled days.

Long-standing favourites will still be on the menu, including, among others, our popular melanzane alla parmigiana and malloreddus alla campidanese, no doubt!

There are still some exciting changes on our wine list, with new luscious additions definitely not to miss!

To celebrate the launch of our new menu, we will be pouring a Special Wine of the day: special wine at a special price by the glass only.

Book a table now and be one of the first to try the tasty New Autumn/Winter Menu and Wine List!
